How to read your result
Cost per admission is your total marketing spend divided by the number of confirmed admissions. Include ad spend, agency or freelancer fees, tools and creative costs. Cost per enquiry only tells you how cheap the first step was, while cost per admission tells you whether marketing pays for itself.
The affordable limit comes from your fee. If your course fee is ₹60,000 and you are willing to spend 10 per cent of it on marketing, you can afford about ₹6,000 per admission. If one in 12 enquiries joins, each enquiry can cost up to about ₹500.
If you are above your limit, look at the drop-off: a low enquiry-to-visit rate points to slow follow-up or weak pages, while a low visit-to-admission rate points to the offer, fees or counselling. These are estimates from the numbers you enter and are not a guarantee of results.
